Wendell Laurent is the writer, co-producer and lead actor in the multi-award-winning short Daybreak, a spy-thriller that pays homage to classic screwball comedies but with a contemporary twist. He is originally from New Orleans and a graduate of Loyola University. Active in the New York theatre scene since 1990, Wendell produced four Off-Off-Broad-way shows as the Producing Director of Reckless Theatre Company. In the last five years, he has acted in over 20 film and TV productions, including starring roles in the
