Episode II "Rum's Squad" (Part 1 & 2) As a result of a childhood cock-up, Naoko has the ability to hear the voice of a man who hates this world directly in her head. With an amulet provided by a friend, that voice became inaudible one day... Naoko grew up and became a female detective in the Jonan Police Department, investigating random bizarre murders.
