David Michael Frank is an American music composer and Broadway conductor born and raised in Baltimore. He studied piano and composition at the Peabody Conservatory of Music and was a soloist with the Peabody Orchestra at age 16. He further his studies in Paris and earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Northwestern University.
